She was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings: Donna Wendt and Al Ninneman.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2021 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at the Laird Funeral Home, Elgin. Funeral service will be on Monday at 11:00am at the funeral home, with burial following at Lakewood Memorial Park, Elgin.

Janice Marie Thielsen (nee Ninneman), 78, of Burlington, IL, passed away on February 10, 2021 in her home. She was born on February 18, 1942 the daughter of Harold and Marie (Spinker) Ninneman. Janice graduated from Elgin High School in 1960. She was a book keeper/office manger for many years prior to retirement.Survivors include her husband: Henry “Hank” Thielsen; 2 children: Chris (Jill Brecke) Thielsen and Kimberli (Kevin) Satterfield; and 2 grandchildren: Kyle Satterfield and Christina Ihrke.
