Oh, how we have loved Ned Linquist in this house. Four children were all beneficiaries of his magnetic teaching. “Mr. Ned” is with His Savior, but he will be dearly missed on earth!

Ned was everything and more as presented in his obituary. His reputation as a history teacher was built over the years. His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of his students and his colleagues. I deem it an honor to have known and worked with Ned Lindquist. My sympathy goes out to Jennifer and his entire family.

Mr. Lindquist you were one of my favorite teachers and I thoroughly enjoyed your classes . I will be honest, I dreaded those Friday political cartoons we had to bring home and figure out over the weekend but now I understand why you felt the need for us to learn about them. Thank you for attending our Hickory Hill class of 1976 picnic , I know it meant a great deal to many of us. Praying for your family during this difficult time. I hope that you will Rest In Peace.
